Please note that if you are paying through Google Checkout, you understand that your payment through Google Checkout is FINAL, and there is no refund on the funds you charge through Google.
You will be billed based on the amount of time spent in your matter, pursuant to
the terms of the fee agreement you signed. If there is a remaining deposit upon the
conclusion of your case, you will receive a full refund directly from the Miller Family Law Group, and NOT Google Checkout.
You agree that the Miller Family Law Group made no promises about the outcome of your matter, and payment is not based on the success of your case.
